Patrol Leaders Council

  • Patrol Leaders Council (PLC) meets once a month (sometimes more) to plan and run the troop’s program and activities.
  • The PLC gives long-range direction with the annual planning conference where the troop’s activities for the next year are planned.
  • The PLC is made-up from key leadership positions.
    1. SPL (leads the meeting)
    2. ASPL
    3. Patrol Leaders or Assistant Patrol Leaders
    4. Guide(s)
    5. Scribe (non-voting member)
  • PLC members must prepare for the PLC meeting in advance to insure the meetings are effective and finish on time.
