Patrol Leaders Council

- Patrol Leaders Council (PLC) meets once a month
(sometimes more) to plan and run the troop’s program and activities.
- The PLC gives long-range direction with the
annual planning conference where the troop’s activities for the next
year are planned.
- The PLC is made-up from key leadership
positions.
- SPL (leads the meeting)
- ASPL
- Patrol Leaders or Assistant Patrol Leaders
- Guide(s)
- Scribe (non-voting
member)
- PLC members must prepare for the PLC meeting in
advance to insure the meetings are effective and finish on time.
